Full Roof Replacement North Beach, MD

This North Beach homeowner had a 22-year-old roof that had been repaired twice in the past three years. The repairs were holding, but not for long. After a late-summer storm took out several shingles, they called us for an inspection.

We found granule loss across about 60 percent of the surface and soft spots near two of the valleys signs that the system was past its useful life. We replaced the full roof using GAF Timberline HDZ architectural shingles in Charcoal. The job took one day.

The homeowner now has a 30-year architectural shingle system backed by a GAF factory warranty. The old roof, all debris, and every nail we could find were gone before we left.

Full Vinyl Siding Replacement Chesapeake Beach, MD

The siding on this Chesapeake Beach home was original to the house over 25 years old, faded, and buckling in a few spots near the foundation. The homeowner wanted something that would hold up to the coastal weather and require less maintenance.

We installed vinyl siding in a classic coastal profile, replaced the corner trim, and wrapped the window surrounds. While we had the old siding off, we found a section of sheathing near the back of the house that had started to absorb moisture. We replaced it before putting the new siding on.

That find probably saved the homeowner a more expensive repair down the road. It is also exactly why we take the time to look at what is underneath before we cover it back up.

Seamless Gutter Installation Prince Frederick, MD

This Prince Frederick homeowner had sectional gutters that had separated in three places and were pulling away from the fascia on the back of the house. Water was running straight down the siding and pooling against the foundation.

We removed the old gutters, replaced a short section of rotted fascia board, and installed seamless aluminum gutters fabricated on-site to fit the exact dimensions of the roofline. We added a downspout extension at the back corner to redirect water away from the foundation at a safe distance.

Straightforward job. Done in a day. The kind of work that does not look impressive from the street but makes a real difference in how the house holds up over the next decade.
