Yes. No catch. We come out, look at the roof, tell you what we find, and give you a written estimate. If you decide not to move forward, that is completely fine. We do not follow up with pressure calls.

Do I need to be home for the inspection?

It is better if you are. We like to walk through our findings with you in person and answer questions as we go. But if your schedule does not allow it, we can do the inspection and follow up with a full photo report.
